\nI<\/span>n unseren Breiten ist es gang und g\u00e4be, dass man zum Tanken ins Ausland f\u00e4hrt. Nach \u00d6sterreich n\u00e4mlich. Ist ja nicht weit! Und seit einiger Zeit gibt es auf der anderen Stra\u00dfenseite der Tankstelle einen Supermarkt. Und da liegt es ja nahe, dass man dort auch gleich seine Eink\u00e4ufe erledigt. Vor allem, weil es dort Sachen gibt, die es bei uns nicht gibt.<\/p>\n

Zum Beispiel R\u00e4\u00dfk\u00e4s (siehe Foto oben). \u00bbR\u00e4\u00df\u00ab bedeutet \u00bbkr\u00e4ftig, w\u00fcrzig, lange gereift\u00ab, wie es freundlicherweise auf der Verpackung erkl\u00e4rt wird . Ein anderes Wort daf\u00fcr ist auch: \u00bbstinkend\u00ab. Aber R\u00e4\u00dfk\u00e4s ist DAS Geheimnis f\u00fcr die besten K\u00e4ssp\u00e4tzle! Mit Emmentaler und Bergk\u00e4se ergibt das die perfekte Mischung. Man darf nur nicht den Fehler machen, insgesamt zu sparsam mit dem K\u00e4se zu sein. Ich denke immer, ok, das ist jetzt viel K\u00e4se, aber meistens ist es dann doch noch zu wenig. Also merke: Bei K\u00e4ssp\u00e4tzle immer viiiiieeeeel K\u00e4se. Und dann noch etwas mehr!<\/p>\n

Die andere Sache, die man dr\u00fcben einkaufen sollte ist Lustenauer Senf. Der beste Senf weit und breit! In unserem K\u00fchlschrank seit kurzem in der praktischen Kilo-Flasche \ud83d\ude09

\nI<\/span>n our area it is normal to cross the border to fill up your tank. In Austria to be precise. For it is not far and you get the fuel at a lower price. And for some time, there is a supermarket across the street of the filling station. It stands to reason to run your errands there as well! Especially since there are things, you don’t get in Germany. <\/em><\/p>\n

For example \u00bbr\u00e4\u00df\u00ab cheese. \u00bbR\u00e4\u00df\u00ab means: strong flavor, very mature as the packaging indicates. You can also say: smelly. But r\u00e4\u00df cheese is THE secret to the best cheese spaetzle! Together with Emmenthal and mountain cheese it is the perfect mixture. You just mustn’t make the mistake of being too sparing on cheese. I always think, ok, that’s a lot of cheese, but in the end it is still too little. Remember: If you make cheese spaetzle use loooooooooooots of cheese! And then some. <\/em><\/p>\n

The other thing we buy in Austria is mustard from Lustenau. The best mustard by far! In our fridge now in the handy 1 kilo bottle. (Which is huge for our means!)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
