Warum? Na deshalb, weil nach dem <a href=\"https:\/\/milchbutterkaese.de\/?p=80\" title=\"Brot\">Brotbacken<\/a>, was mittlerweile ja gut funktioniert, jetzt mal Semmel auf der Warteliste standen. Und da braucht der Teig laut <a title=\"Kaisersemmel\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ploetzblog.de\/2014\/03\/01\/auf-der-walz-kaisersemmeln-handgeschlagen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Rezept<\/a> eine Temperatur von 24\u00b0 C. F\u00fcr den ersten Versuch sind sie ganz h\u00fcbsch geworden, oder? Vielleicht noch etwas kompakt. Das liegt m\u00f6glicherweise daran, dass ich meine eigene K\u00fcchenmaschine bin und die Knetkr\u00e4fte halt irgendwann nachlassen. Geschmeckt haben sie jedenfalls sehr gut!<\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"dropcap\">L<\/span>ast weekend our kitchen became a sauna. Why? Well, after <a href=\"https:\/\/milchbutterkaese.de\/?p=80\" title=\"Brot\">baking bread<\/a> which works out fairly well by now, there were rolls on the waiting list this time. And according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ploetzblog.de\/2014\/03\/01\/auf-der-walz-kaisersemmeln-handgeschlagen\/\" title=\"Rolls\" target=\"_blank\">recipe<\/a> the dough needs a temperature of 24\u00b0 C. For a first attempt they look quite pretty, don&#8217;t they? Maybe a little dense. This could be the case, because I am my own kitchen machine, and after a while the kneading strength simply decreases.
